MEMBERS
This website uses the member email address as a unique identifier and is therefore required. All members receive Pulsar, the IAAA's printed newsletter, so a postal address is requested.
The IAAA provides members a place where they can showcase themselves and their art to fellow members and the general public. This is voluntary, and each member controls the information they share. The IAAA offers no guarantee against data being exploited by entities beyond the IAAA's control, including artificial intelligence web scraping. Members upload their artwork at their own risk. As host of this website, Wild Apricot employs its own security measures. For more information, see Wild Apricot's Security and Data Protection.
Members are listed in the website membership roster by default. You may control what others see by following the steps in Who can see my profile?
The IAAA does not share member data with third-parties.
FORMER MEMBERS
When a given membership ends, all member data (including artwork) will no longer be visible on this website, however, said data will be retained as a courtesy for a period of time, and, if still available, restored in the eventuality the membership is reinstated.
CONTACT FORM
The Contact Us form does not store the data members choose to enter, but sends it as email to selected members who then decide what to do with it. We ask member name and email so that we may respond to member inquiries.
