Submission Guidelines

When sending sending News and Event items, please:

• Add a descriptive title;
• Provide details, including links if necessary;
• Spell and grammar check your entry;
• Keep text formatting to a minimum;
• • If you submit a word processing or PDF document, some formatting may not carry over to the News page or Event calendar;
  • If your document contains imbedded images, please also include the images separately;
• Images should be kept to a maximum size of 1280 pixels, JPGs preferred.
