The IAAA Membership

Fellow Members FIAAA denotes Fellowship status

The IAAA Fellows are the model to which all members look as an example. A Fellow’s body of work has been shown to have advanced astronomical or space art and generated a higher awareness and appreciation for the genré outside of the field, influenced other artists or introduced new techniques into the genré and/or has made contributions to the advancement of astronomical and space art above and beyond his or her artwork, perhaps through extended service to the IAAA or through special publications, papers, articles, lectures, books, internships, classes, et cetera. New Fellows are selected by majority vote of the Fellows themselves once every two years. All listed here are recognized throughout the industry for their skills and high standard as space artists and their contributions to the IAAA, to our genré and to the public awareness of space and astronomical art. Each well deserves this honor and the right to place the letters FIAAA alongside their name as they sign their work.
