Some of the recent conversations have really got me thinking, when you look at it on the galactic scale we are literally just a momentary flash, all our science, all our technology has happened in a very short time frame when you really look at it, of course to us it’s several generations but right the way back to the neanderthals they’ve looked up at the stars in wonder, for me the fascination is that everything we currently understand, everything we’ve “discovered” already existed way back then and beyond, some of the things from our wildest dreams exist now, we just haven’t found them yet, much the same way as back then when we chased animals with sticks Mars went round the sun, Saturn had it’s rings we were just oblivious to it all. And here we are still looking at those same stars exactly the same way we did millenia ago.
