FIRST THOUGHTS:

Hi Gang. Welcome to my first issue as the editor of the Pulsar.  First, I’d like to give hearty ‘thanks’ to Dave Hardy (El Presidente and former editor), he gave lots of his time and effort to produce the Pulsar for three years and I think we all own him a big pat on the back.  As for the "new" Pulsar, I hope you like what I’ve done with it.  It’s still the same Pulsar you know, but with a couple of new features thrown in. If you like what you see, great! I f you don’t like what you see - it was Dave’s idea!! ;-)  Keep painting!
